A Helpful and Informative Program

After coming through a stressful period of his life, Doug Dahl wanted to reclaim control over his health and energy, and Unicity Transformation gave him the tools to do it.

“I had just been through several months of stressful and difficult situations and I decided that I wanted to take back control of my life,” he said. “I had become sedentary, and my eating was sloppy and unplanned. I didn’t have energy to do anything. I decided to sign up for Transformation to make a change.”

Doug jumped right into the program, and his coach Sean helped him understand workouts and healthy foods that would help him achieve his vision. Doug appreciated that Sean cared about his progress and encouraged him throughout the 13 weeks.

“Sean listened carefully and made sure he understood what I wanted out of this experience,” Doug said. “He laid out a nutrition and exercise plan to help me achieve my goals. Each week I was able to ask questions and report on my progress. Sean shared information about nutrition and strength training, which was informative and helpful.”

Even after weeks when Doug didn’t see much change or improvement, his coach continued to give him positive feedback, while still pushing him.

“During particularly challenging weeks when I couldn’t see the progress I wanted, I was encouraged to simply continue doing what I had been taught and that the results would come,” Doug said.

Doug is amazed by the results he achieved during his Transformation. In 13 weeks, he lost 23 pounds and close to six inches off his waist.

“After 13 weeks I have truly transformed!,” he said. “I feel great, and I look great. Thank you Unicity and Sean for giving me this knowledge to change my life!”
