Feeling Confident Again

When Jamie St. John began medical school three years ago, she didn’t realize how quickly her poor on-the-go eating habits would catch up with her.

“I was consumed by a lifestyle of very long hours and horrible eating habits,” Jamie said. “Chronic fatigue prevented me from being able to maintain an active lifestyle, and in conjunction with me being addicted to sugar-laden foods, it culminated in me becoming the heaviest and most unhealthy I have ever been.”

Jamie’s workload kept her busy and fatigued, and she felt uncomfortable with her own body.

“I often felt down about the way that I looked and felt,” she said. “My self esteem fell dramatically, and I felt self-conscious in anything I wore. I felt as though everyone was staring at me because of how I looked.”

When Jamie discovered Transformation, she began to see and feel life in a new way. Her coach helped her understand which foods to eat and which to avoid, as well as how to fit regular workouts into her schedule.

“Unicity Transformation is the best thing that I did for myself in a long time,” Jamie said. “My amazing coach taught me how to modify my nutrition and lifestyle to become a healthier and happier person, and taught me how to enjoy the foods I love in moderation. I now enjoy working out most days of the week.”

While on Transformation, Jamie lost 26 pounds, and regained her energy and self esteem.

“Transformation has given me a body that I never had, and I have a 22-month-old son,” she said. “It’s not often that a woman can feel she is getting the best body of her life after having a baby. My self esteem is on high and I feel so full of energy. I am super excited about living a healthy and fit life for many years to come. I love that the knowledge I acquired during the program is so sustainable and I can easily implement it for the rest of my life.”

These results are not typical.  Average weight loss for participants following the Unicity Transformation program is 1-2 lbs/week.
