Something She Didn’t Quit

Tanna Gubler has a fear of bridges. She simply doesn’t like crossing them, but when she decided to do Unicity’s Transformation program, she felt like she was figuratively crossing a bridge.

“When I started this Transformation, my coached asked what my vision was,” she said. “I pictured a bridge with my family and my ‘vision’ on one side, and I was by myself on the other side. I wanted to be able to cross the bridge and be with my family.”

Tanna had past experiences that left her in pain and unable to exercise. Even cleaning the house was a chore for her that wiped her energy for days. She was so weak that she couldn’t get out and enjoy time with her children.

“It was always my husband going out and doing things with the girls,” Tanna said. “I was so weak I couldn’t lift a pan full of water from the stove to the sink. I had to ask my husband for help. I really felt like my family would be better off without me.”

Tanna was tired of being tired, but she didn’t know what to do. She believed her health would continue to deteriorate the rest of her life. But then Tanna saw a Transformation winner video that showed her that she didn’t have to give up.

“What caught my attention in the video was not the before and after photos,” she said. “It was the hope I saw.”

Since starting Transformation, Tanna has begun to see the world of nutrition in a completely different light. Now, she understands what kind of food to look for (and avoid) when she is grocery shopping.

“I have gained such a great education from Transformation,” Tanna said. “Before I believed the label on top of a box of Pop Tarts that said it had 11 essential vitamins and minerals meant it was healthy. I thought garlic was a powder you buy in a bottle, and I also didn’t know or like anything about vegetables.”

In addition to improved nutrition, Tanna said she can exercise without pain. Now she can spend an hour and a half at the gym, and she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.

“One of the things in my vision was to go on a bike ride with my family, and last week we went on that bike ride. What’s amazing is that my girls ran out of energy before I did” she said.

Tanna is elated over the newfound energy, life, and hope she has found through Unicity’s products combined with proper diet and exercise. Not only did she lose weight, but she also gained confidence.

“I am so glad that I finally started something and didn’t quit,” Tanna said. “Having a team was very helpful because I wasn’t alone in this. It is a very doable program that was a complete joy. I am happy, I have energy, I have hope, and most of all I want to live!”

*These results are not typical. Average weight loss for participants following the Unicity Transformation program is 1-2 lbs/week.
